Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LaunchLint collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible and handle it in line with India's DPDP Act and the GDPR.

What we process

Audit inputs: the URL and product description you submit, and the public page content we fetch to run the audit. These are sent to our LLM provider to generate your report.

Usage: a privacy-friendly cookie tracks your free monthly audit count. We use aggregate, non-identifying analytics (pageviews, audits run, conversions).

Billing: if you pay, our processors (Razorpay/Stripe) handle card/UPI data directly — we never see or store full payment details.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use your audit inputs to train models. We don't require an account to run a free audit.

Retention

Audit inputs are processed transiently to generate your report and are not persisted to a long-term store in this version. Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting.

You can request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com.
